2. This Contest is organized by Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited (“MNYL”) online.
   
   
3. To participate in the Contest, all participants must register at www.zyaadakairaada.com  on or before 8th Dec 2008 Registrations received after 8th Dec 2008 shall not be entertained.
   
   
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
   
   
5. Entry to the Contest is void where prohibited.
   
   
6. The participants have to score the maximum in a single session. However, having the top score does not guarantee that the participant will win a prize. Winners would be selected on the basis of a lucky draw by MNYL. 
   
   
7. The contest winners would be declared at the end of the 3 months of the contest. The selection of the winners will be completed in a time period of 3 weeks after the completion of the contest.
   
   
8. The winners shall be entitled to one of the prizes as mentioned in Annexure I to these terms and conditions.
   
   
9. The data on your desires is being collected solely for the purpose of updating the questions being asked in the game show.
   
   
10. The earning of the scores is not the sole discretion of MNYL. A person will have a correct answer if their    answer matches with the answer given by majority of the people.
            
11. New questions will be added once a week on each Friday. Participants can answer more questions to have a chance of increasing their session score.
    
    
12. The decision of MNYL will be final and binding on the winners and is non-contestable. MNYL reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of its offers at any time without prior notice. 
    
    
13. The names of the winners shall be displayed on the official website of MNYL for a period of 15 days from the date of declaration of the results. A representative of MNYL will directly contact the winners.
    
    
14. To the extent permitted by law, MNYL makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize.
    
    
15. MNYL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Contest or using any prize.
    
    
16. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    
    
17. Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes. In the event, a winner of the Contest chooses not to accept the prize, he or she forfeits all claims to the prize.
    
    
18. Prizes will be subject to the tax deduction at source (“TDS”) under the Income Tax Act 1961, as may be applicable, which shall be borne by the respective winners. All other applicable taxes, cess, octroi etc shall be borne by the winner. If the winner does not agree to bear the said TDS and other taxes as mentioned above, an alternative winner who agrees to pay the TDS will be chosen.
    
    
19. The prize fulfilment will take 60 days from date of receipt of TDS from the winner.
    
    
20. Any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Delhi. This Contest is open only to Indian Nationals residing in India above 18 years of age.
    
    
21. MNYL shall have the right to use the personal information submitted under the Contest by the participants for other promotional activities or soliciting insurance.
    
    
22. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the participants at the time of registration is not factually correct and in case invalid Email ID, address and/or telephone number is given to MNYL.
    
    
23. The prizes to winners shall be given subject to production of all such documents/papers (such as identity proof, valid address proof, etc.) as required by MNYL. The cost of transportation of the prizes shall be borne by the winner. Apart from the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against MNYL.
    
    
24. Participation to this Contest shall mean acceptance of all terms and conditions as mentioned hereinabove.
    
    
25. The contest is for a period of 3 months. There are 70 mp3 players, 12 Sony Ericsson W200i phones & 3 iphones which can be won over
    a period of 3 months.
    
    
26. The eligibility of a player will be determined on the score submitted & the winners will be arrived at the end of the contest duration of 3 months.
    
    
27. We will declare the top 3 highest scorers of the day on the site & in case of multiple highest scorers the names displayed will be randomly selected.
